MISTY HOOK
Vice President & Director of Operations
Misty Hook, co-founder of Wired Up Electrical, leads the company with a strong blend of business expertise and hands-on experience. She holds an MBA from Liberty University, dual degrees from UNC Wilmington, and a Virginia Class A Contractor License.
A U.S. Army veteran and former pharmaceutical professional, Misty brings discipline, vision, and a passion for efficiency to every project. She advocates for safe, high-quality electrical work and helps customers discover energy-saving solutions like smart home systems and LED lighting.
When she’s not running the business, Misty enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with her family.

RONALD HOOK
Vice President, Director of Operations
With nearly 40 years of electrical experience, Ronnie Hook is a founding member of Wired Up Electrical and a Master Electrician since 2010. His career began well before moving to Lynchburg, where he went on to complete his formal studies and apprenticeship while working full-time and attending Central Virginia Community College.
Over the years, he has earned a reputation for integrity, quality workmanship, and strong customer relationships.
Ronnie enjoys solving complex electrical challenges and takes pride in delivering safe, reliable solutions for every project. He believes customer satisfaction starts with open communication and a commitment to getting the job done right.
Outside of work, Ronnie is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hunting, fishing, and cheering on the Alabama Crimson Tide.

DALTON KING
Master Electrician & Crew Leader
Dalton King, a native of Goode, VA, has been with Wired Up Electrical since 2016. He earned his electrical certification from Virginia Technical Institute in 2018, followed by his Journeyman License in 2019 and Master Electrician License in 2021.
At Wired Up, Dalton leads crews, manages projects, and handles installations ranging from Generac systems to historic building rewires. He played a key role in expanding the team from two to twelve members and has overseen complex projects, including dual 600-amp services at the Peaks of Otter’s Thomas Road Outpost.
Outside of work, Dalton enjoys smoking meat, traveling, and spending time with his family. He finds inspiration in his role model, his wife Zena, and takes pride in his ability to juggle multiple responsibilities effectively.
His approachable style and expertise ensure customers get safe, high-quality electrical solutions every time.

NEIL FRANKLIN
Master Electrician & Crew Leader
Neil Franklin joined Wired Up Electrical in 2018 and brings a combination of skill, precision, and passion to every project. He earned his electrical certification from Virginia Technical Institute, followed by his Journeyman License in 2021 and Master Electrician License in 2023.
Neil enjoys the variety and problem-solving challenges of electrical work and applies the same meticulous attention to detail he honed as a sous chef. He is dedicated to delivering safe, high-quality solutions for every customer.
Outside of work, Neil is a family man who loves sports, spending time with his wife Lacie, their two sons, and border collie/Aussie mix, Milo.
